Good Morning and Happy Friday!
The term “Peace of Mind” seems so far out of reach for some and others not so far. With all that has occurred and continues to occur on our planet earth, we must find a way to find some piece of mind. The safety of our minds and body plays a large part in our mental health and every day life. Consider the routines that you had pre-coronavirus and try to get back to those that have been lost or forgotten about. Something as simple as your morning cup of coffee, which to me is what I dream about at night, to traditions in your household or life that have become a seasonal routine, like planting flowers. I challenge you this weekend to reintroduce one routine or tradition that will bring a bit of joy and normalcy to your world. Share with me and I will share with you!
